Digital Marketing Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This job is a work from home basis. You will be the key person to give directions and recommendations on demand plans and will strategize accordingly to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:Â Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across various online channels.
Campaign Execution:Â Execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and optimizing performance for maximum ROI.
Content Marketing:Â Develop and oversee content marketing strategies, including creation, distribution, and optimization of compelling content to attract and retain target audiences.
Social Media Management:Â Manage and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and fostering community growth.
Marketing Automation:Â Utilize automation tools to streamline marketing processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver personalized experiences to customers at scale.
SEO & Analytics:Â Monitor and optimize SEO performance to improve search engine rankings and website traffic. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track key metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Partnership Development:Â Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders to expand reach, leverage resources, and drive mutually beneficial initiatives.
Events Management:Â Plan and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to promote brand awareness, foster customer relationships, and generate leads.
Team Leadership:Â Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and driving excellence in performance and results.
Client Engagement:Â Travel to visit clients as needed to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide strategic guidance and support.
Stakeholder Communication:Â Maintain strategic communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and messaging for effective collaboration and partnership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or a Masters degree is an edge
Proven experience of 3-5 years in digital marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including advertising platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
With Basic knowledge in photo and video editing skills in canva, photoshop, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
