Our company is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. This job is a work from home basis. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams.




Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and identify potential leads through networking events and industry gatherings.

  • Client Engagement: Initiate cold calls and secure appointments with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, and company owners or directors.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong business relationships by understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations showcasing our services and value proposition.

  • Deal Negotiation: Conduct negotiations and drive deals to closure, ensuring contracts are finalized satisfactorily.

  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and acquiring new clients.

  • Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales activities closely and analyze strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.

  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales trends to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, directors, and managers to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.

  • Pipeline Expansion: Expand the sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential clients via email campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment in software tech (SAAS) or relevant for 5-10 years.

  • At least a college graduate. A Master's degree is an edge.

  • Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Must have international cold calling experience (preferably in North America, Europe & APA).

  • Technical skills in sales automation and other CRM tools.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
