Sales and Digital Marketing Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Sales and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This job is a work from home basis. You will be the key person to give directions and recommendations on demand plans and will strategize accordingly to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

2. To lead on design of digital marketing materials and documents.

3. Lead the team to generate leads.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

5. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize our sales and marketing efforts.

6. Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.

7. Web Content Management

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or relevant role .

2. Strong knowledge of sales and digital marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.

6. Goal-oriented and results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
